i ran out to los amigos and back for a loop around campus.

2 miles, all on the track.  I actually felt really good.

this was my first four-miler in a while, and I felt okay,  I just went really slow...stopped and smelled the flowers...it was just that kind of run.

Even though I went really slow yesterday, I am a little sore from the distance.  Two miles around town with striders on the field.

Did 6x1 min sprint repeats with 30 seconds of recovery between each one.  It hurt really badly, mostly because it was so cold.
